Le Mur du Temps

A new climbing area that’s definitely worth exploring, the Mur du Temps features a beautiful south-facing wall with routes ranging from moderate to difficult, including bouldery sections, slabs, overhangs, and small roofs. The sandstone is beautiful and offers a variety of holds. The natural setting is superb. The area is accessible on foot from the village of Saoû, and the bolting is close-spaced and well-placed. This guidebook was produced in partnership with the CAF Saoû Synclinal, which equips and maintains the area. The print guidebook “Escalade en Drôme: Vallée de la Drôme & Diois,” managed by the FFCAM 26 departmental committee, covers all the surrounding areas.
